Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide coordination and thought leadership on data-driven strategies and digital operations.
- To build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with agency partners and the client services team alike.
- To serve as the primary point of contact for clients both internal and external and be the escalation point for clients.
- To develop client decks, status documentation, and facilitate client meetings as well as cascade Global/Regional direction, operations and best practices to markets.
- To be responsible for the quality and output of digital campaigns for all clients and other key advertisers
- To connect all internal teams and to strategically weave the digital strategy bringing all elements together as needed.
- To connect to Integrated Strategy team, to ensure a seamless digital strategy
- To understand and effectively communicate programmatic value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts.
- To participate in forecasting exercises for senior management.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of work experience.
- Strong account management and relationship building skill
- Passion for and knowledge of current and emerging trends in business.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to organize and manage detail work, as well as work independently and balance multiple tasks
